Chinese Sweet Soup or Tong Sui is a traditional Chinese sweet dessert typically served after a meal. Alice’s version of Tong Sui uses no sugar at all, relying on natural sweetness of dried fruits like longan, apricots, cranberries, Chinese red dates, and fresh apples. Barley, snow fungus, dried lily buds and ginger are added to the soup making it a delicious healthy treat for all seasons. Gluten free option when not using barley.
