Fried Daikon Mochi

Fried Daikon Mochi is a Japanese fusion to Malaysian Radish Cake. Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside with delicious topping of crispy spicy fried dried shrimps, fried shallots and scallions. And of course… sambal (chili gravy) and dark sweet soy sauce on the side. This appetizer can be just plain vegetables or with dried shrimps, minced chicken or with crispy bacon. Spicy heat level is based on the sambal (chili gravy).

Minimum order of 3 dozens (36 pieces) for each choice of protein.
